2025 Community Routes: Access to Mental Health Care Grants

---

๐ŸŒŸ **Exciting News for Kids and Families: More Help for Mental Health** ๐ŸŒŸ

Hello, wonderful community! We're thrilled to share some fantastic news today. Thanks to the big-hearted folks at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Direct Relief, and the NAFC, 11 free and charitable clinics in Alabama, Mississippi, and Texas have received $75,000 each to help more people with mental health care. Isn't that amazing? ๐ŸŽ‰

These clinics offer a helping hand to families and kids who need it most. We all know how important it is to feel good inside and out, right? ๐Ÿ˜Š This project is called "Community Routes: Access to Mental Health Care," and itโ€™s working hard to make sure everyone can get the support they need.

๐Ÿฉบ **Helping Hands in Action** ๐Ÿฉบ

In the past two years, this program has already made a big difference. More than 63,000 people have gotten help, and over 24,617 people were checked for things like feeling sad, worried, or having tough experiences as kids. Wow! Plus, theyโ€™ve trained over 2,800 people to become helpers in the community. That means more people who can lend a hand when someone is feeling down. ๐Ÿ™Œ

So, what are some of the cool things the clinics are doing with the grant money?

- **Alabama** ๐Ÿ˜: Clinics like Medical Outreach Ministries in Montgomery are joining forces with schools to make sure all kids and families can see a doctor if they need it. Ozanam Charitable Pharmacy in Mobile is making sure no one leaves without a check-up for feeling sad. And St. Michael's Medical Clinic in Anniston is taking care of the people who need it most, no matter their situation. How awesome is that? ๐ŸŒŸ

- **Mississippi** ๐ŸŒผ: Bethel Free Clinic in Biloxi is making sure every visit to the doctor includes a check-in on how youโ€™re feeling. They're making mental health a normal part of looking after your health. Just like eating your veggies! ๐Ÿฅฆ

๐Ÿค **Why This Matters** ๐Ÿค

Our friends at Teva, Direct Relief, and the NAFC are superstars for making all of this happen. Theyโ€™re putting in $4 million for grants and medicines to help the clinics keep doing their amazing work.

This project is all about finding clever ways to mix mental health care with other health services. That makes it easy for families to get all the help they need in one place. Itโ€™s about making healthcare smart and caring! ๐Ÿฅ

๐ŸŒˆ **A Brighter Tomorrow with Your Help!** ๐ŸŒˆ

We canโ€™t forget the super important part each one of us plays in this big effort. By learning how to help others feel better and understanding that itโ€™s okay to talk about feelings, weโ€™re all making the world a friendlier place, especially for kids growing up in tough situations. ๐Ÿ’ช

Remember, every small step makes a giant difference. Letโ€™s keep lifting each other up and spreading smiles every day. Do you think you can help share this wonderful news? Weโ€™re counting on you! Because every share could mean reaching one more person who needs a little lift. ๐Ÿ“ฃ
